＜Reason for room search (comment from customer)＞
The most important condition for me was the location. I wanted to be within walking distance from Todai's Hongo campus and also close to a Metro station.  Room size was not too much of a priority for me, though I wanted a clean room. I would have liked more kitchen space, but that was a comprise I made to live where I live now.
