(3) Apartment layout: 1DK (1 room + 1 room with dining and kitchen)
(4) Resident: International student in her twenties
(5) Apartment Rent: 83,000 yen / month

<Reason for apartment search (customer’s comment)>
When I was looking for an apartment, I gave priority to the location. I think I found more then I could expect, because the location is perfect for me (right in the midway of my school and my working place). It is only 4 min from the station. Besides, the place is quiet and relaxing, right on a bank of a river, so I have a very nice jogging track nearby. One more thing which I did not expect and which kind of came as a „bonus“ is a big kitchen. I was not particularly looking for a tatami room, but it just happened to be one and now really enjoy it. The only thing I was a little bit worried about was the ground floor, but my neighbor assured me that it is safe and now I can admit she was right. Well...I'd like to write about some bad points of my apartment as well, but I did not find any so far.
