This apartment was ideal for my needs as it was close to my university campus, large enough for two persons and had a bit more of a Japanese `Showa-era` feel that I did not find in some of the more modern apartments. Fortunately the building`s age also meant the price was good considering the floor area. Transborders provided a very responsive service, offering me several alternatives to visit within 24 hours of my first consultation. I particularly like the way the real estate agent continues to take an interest in relations between the tenant and landlord after the contract is signed, as it can be useful to have a source of bilingual assistance and advice to deal with any issues that arise later on.
